I started Effectively Jane back in 2019, on a mission to give some time back to busy business owners.

My background is in Learning & Development, and so I have a real passion for working with businesses who are involved in training and coaching in particular.

I have broad experience in leading complex virtual global projects across a variety of speciality areas, along with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a personal touch!

On a personal note, I am a mum, a children’s rugby coach, a holiday let owner, a house renovator, and more!
